The concept of AquaSmart as a solution to a global crisis that is immediate, affecting billions of people in various countries across the world, a challenge to the existence of communities and a threat to global economy and population growth. The need for the solution provided by AquaSmart is growing, it is projected to grow, it is estimated that the effect of water challenges will be 50% greater in the next 20 years, affecting around 6 billion people worldwide.

Water generation systems are already commercialized, doing our due diligence, our market research show that the middle east market is already penetrated by our competitors, research also showed where they have failed or are failing:

1.      AWG technology has a huge energy appetite, the current models available in the market consume huge amounts of energy, making less feasible in regions where there is lack of infrastructure or in remote locations, this also results in challenging the mobility of these devices .AquaSmart consumes 90% less energy that its peers, resolving power need challenges and delivers a renewable energy – ready solution.

2.      Systems available in the market are manufactured abroad, presenting a need for local agency and representation, this challenges the after-sale service and maintenance of delivered products, and in most cases, we find that most of these machines are left to be idle due to mechanical and technical issues. AquaSmart is a locally based manufacturing operation, we offer regular site inspections and checkups, spare part availability, and direct customer service.

3.      The price range of all our competitors is higher than the average traditional water source, this challenges the purchase power of markets, this challenges the availability of the solution and prevents wider reach to potential clients. We aim at maintaining competitive and affordable pricing to all our products, competing not with other AWG systems, but with traditional water sources such as underground water wells and RO desalination systems.

5-year plan

We are planning our operation to increase capacity and reach new markets, to replace other conventional resources of water and position AWG as a stable and reliable water resource, not only in remote areas, but in urban and developed regions as well.

We are planning to increase production to meet the target of 5000 units annually, this will involve training and developing needed tools and supply chain to reduce costs as well as increase automation and reliance on preset build templates, this will reduce costs and improve delivery time and quality of product.

Your investment will focus on 3 main areas:

1.      Increase productivity:

Increase productivityOur target capacity is 5000 units per year, this will make the product commercially viable, and available, as well as expand product reach to international markets. We will invest in the following:

  • Manufacturing equipment and tools
  • Automation and building templates
  • Cascading training strategy, on-job-training
  • Specialized tool designs and manufacturing.

These 4 areas will ensure stable production as well as keeping the technology in-house, this will result in a stable market position as well as advancing ahead of any potential competition, not only do we own a patented design that solves the current challenges of the competition, but we will also have the experience of mass production. 2.      Reduce Costs

Building costs will decrease by a huge margin, focusing on this area will ensure profitability and pricing flexibility, this will allow us to take a lead in a young market and maintain total control of our product positioning and reliability. As well as making the product affordable and available to a wider range of potential customers, this will boost sales while maintaining a profitable and sustainable revenue stream.

International suppliers will provide some key components to the product that are currently manufactured locally, using specialized manufacturers as a resource will insure a higher quality component at a reduced cost. These reductions are reflected in costs across our product line as per the following:
